How Malt works
On Malt, you first have to convince an algorithm
Clients never see every profile. They type a search, and Malt's algorithm decides who shows up. Your profile has to pass two steps, in this order.

The client compares a few profiles and contacts the most convincing one.

Malt is a search engine, just like Google
Just like on Google, words decide. Malt shows first the profiles whose words best match the client's search. Example: a client types "n8n automation". My title contains "Automatisations (n8n)", so my profile shows up.
