Data controller

Data processed by the extension

• Your account: your email address, used to sign in (magic link or Google).
• Your analyses: the information of your Malt profile read during an analysis (title, skills, description, experience...) and the checklist results, saved to track your progress.
• Your inspiration searches: the searched keywords and aggregated statistics of the analyzed profiles.
• Your preferences: language and tab position, stored locally in your browser.

The extension only reads the Malt profile and search pages where you use it. It doesn't change your profile.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. OptiMalt never receives or stores your banking details.

Service providers

• Supabase: authentication and database.
• Stripe: payment.
• Vercel: website hosting.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active, then deleted as soon as it is deleted. Invoices are kept by Stripe for the period required by law (10 years).

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to axel.schapmann@gmail.com. You can also contact the CNIL (French data protection authority).

Selling and sharing

Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.
